Ai Xuan (1947- ; Chinese name 艾轩), born in the city of Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, is a Chinese painter known to the world for his realistic oil paintings about Tibet. He is a son of the poet Ai Qing and the elder brother of artist Ai Weiwei. He held many positions such as a member of Chinese Artists Association. He has taken part in exhibitions at home and abroad and his works are collected in many academic art books at home and abroad.
