Chen Xionggen (1993 - ) is a Chinese contemporary oil painter who was borned in Bingzhou city in Hunan, also good at producing art with other materials including acrylic and ink, in assorted contemporary methods. 
His works often in subjects of world environment, spirit, and nostalgia are already well-received. The artist like using blue colors in his paintings and renders splendid and dreamy colors, which shows his curiosity about universe.
