Work Overview

Standing in the midst of this breathtaking scenery on top of the mountain in the valley of Paro Hang, breathing in full consciousness and happiness, feeling the wind, seeing the colors, I wanted to capture the emotions, so I use the bold strokes with my palette knife. I tried to capture the power of the wind, the energy of life, and translate the emotion to my canvas, share my feeling of the moment with my viewer.

The prayer flags were believed to bring hopes, hidden wishes, and sometimes use to offering thanks. They are in brilliant colors, even when darkness is beginning to envelop the mountains, you can still hear the sound from the flapping flags, continue to deliver the good karma and thanks as the natives believe.
