Liu Wuan Biography:
Liu Wuan (1976 - ) is a contemporary Chinese academism oil painter who was born in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. He is a member of CHN oil painting association and a college fine art teacher. He won his bachelor degree in 2003 at Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts. He went on to study “Chinese Romanticism” scenery painting class at College of Oil Painting, Chinese National Academy of Arts (which was in direct charge of Ministry of Culture) during 2014-2015. He teaches at Weinan Normal University and other colleges respectively.
