Thomas Lister (1854 - 1925), 4th Baron Ribblesdale, is shown in hunting clothes. He was Master of the Buckhounds from 1892-95 and from 1896 to 1907 he was a Liberal whip in the House of Lords. He was a Trustee of the National Gallery from 1909 until his death.
